Who are Friedman & Greenblatt Working for?

Last week, David Friedman, US ambassador to Israel and Jason Greenblatt, Trump’s Special Envoy to the Middle East, attended a tunnel-opening ceremony in Arab Jerusalem. The tunnel has been dug over the last six years under Palestinian houses and against their wishes. The instigator of this atrocity is a right-wing Israeli group that is taking over Arab East Jerusalem, stone-by-stone, house-after-house. They are backed by the Israeli government and funded by rich American Jewish donors. US casino-mogul Sheldon Adelson and his wife Miriam were also among those present at the event. The mascot in the picture is Mrs. Netanyahu.

The US civil servants did more than just attend the ceremony, they actively participated by wielding sledgehammers to break through a wall and open up a tunnel.

Friedman, Greenblatt and Trump’s son-in-law, Kushner, head Trump’s team dealing with the Israel-Palestine issue. Greenblatt recently said in an interview "there is no such thing as an honest mediator." No more veneer of impartiality. The US Ambassador and the Special Envoy, long-time supporters of the settlers, are now evidently working for this most right-wing part of Israeli society, one which many Israelis disassociate from.

So, are Jews likely to be more loyal to Israel than to their countries? Do Jews have too much control over global affairs? Do they have too much control over the United States government?

CAREFUL!!!! Think before you answer these questions. These are three out of eleven statements, that pollsters regularly use as indicators of Antisemitism. Hence, if you answer these truthfully, these will be considered indications that you are an anti-Semite. Take your pick: lie, or be falsely labelled an Antisemite. What a choice.

Jared Kushner

I have been asked, why I have stopped writing to Jared Kushner. I therefore must inform you that I have cut all my connections with JK. He is way too deep in it and I will have nothing anymore to do with him.

You are all my witnesses that I repeatedly warned him. He cannot say that I didn’t. What a fool.

Making a run for it, as an immigrant to Israel is, of course, still open to him.  

6th Letter to Jared (or: Run, Jared, run)

Dear Jared,

It has been almost two months, since I last wrote to you. You have evidently not be listening to me and daily, we get more information about your complicity in the allegedly illegal goings on of your crime family.  

You are probably too busy and will not have noticed a remark made by a fellow Jew, who like your own father was a Netanyahu backer, and like your own father has been found guilty of various tax offences and like your father has been sentenced to jail.

“All the other accused, who fled to Israel, are sitting on the beach”, Arnaud Mimran, recently complained to the French court that would not mitigate his 8-year jail sentence. See, Jared, this bit about fleeing to Israel to evade justice, gave me the following idea:

Why wait until a prisoner swap deal is worked out (much more complicated): Let Netanyahu who is being investigated in 12 separate corruption cases, seek and be granted asylum in the USA, and in return, you can take advantage of Israel’s Law of return that grants every willing Jew the right to settle in Israel.

As an added bonus, both you and Netanyahu can decide whether you wish to take your wives with you, or whether this would be a good opportunity to open a new page.

The problem with my swap idea is that whereas you (unless you are already in jail) can make use of the right to “return” to Israel whenever you like Netanyahu does not have such rights under US laws.

Run, Jared, run, before it is too late.

5th Letter to J.K.

Dear Jared,

According to the papers, you are in trouble and I hope that you appreciate the fact, that I do not cut and behave as if I don’t know you.

The right lawyers will probably get you out of it. Unfortunately, this is unlikely to make you change your ways. You will feel even more invincible.

You should have listened to me. What was wrong with just being a quite rich boy? But you were greedy and at the end you will fall.

So much for today. You probably don’t have time to read long letters.

4th Letter to Jared Kushner

Dear Jared,

It’s a funny relationship that we have: me writing and you not responding, but I do appreciate that you have a lot on your plate… Moreover, I owe you an apology. Only a few days ago, I wrote that you have disappeared from the radar. We now all know, that it was the radar alright, only that you were busy selling military radars and other such goodies to Saudi Arabia, to the tune of $110 billion, this year alone. By the way, were the 100 million dollars, that the Saudis have pledged to Ivanka’s fund, agreed in the same arms deal, in which you are reported to have pressurised Lockheed to reduce their prices?

Now, in the old days, Jewish mothers wanted their sons to become doctors – you know, the kind of people who heal the sick and the wounded. The gear that you are dealing with, does sure thing not heal any wounds.  

I am sure that your mother is proud of you. Mothers always are. Mothers of successful sons even more so. Deep down, you know that she has no reason to be proud.

3rd Letter to Jared Kushner

Dear Jared,

You seem to have disappeared from the radar. Are you simply inundated with the many responsibilities your father-in-law has thrown at you? Or, are you quietly and secretly preparing the coup that will prove to the world that Trump was after all a great choice? Unlikely, but even if you are ­­–against all hope – trying to save ET’s, sorry DT’s presidency, deep in your heart you must know that he must go.

SO – will you collaborate with the team that is preparing the triggering of that one paragraph that opens the door to the removal of a president, who is deemed "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."

Just in case you are not sure – it is Section 4 of the 25^th amendment.

Second Letter to Jared Kushner

Although, I did not expect you to react so quickly to my first letter, somewhere, at the back of my mind, I was hoping that you might. I was hoping that you would understand the urgency.

Well, it has become even more urgent. Already, the wave your father-in-law has produced, is causing a virtual tsunami of anti-Semitic incidents in your country. This – I fear – is nothing, compared to the hatred of Jews that will envelop the United States, when the country will understand what havoc your father-in-law has caused. At that point, it won’t be just the hundreds or thousands extremists who vandalise Jewish cemeteries or synagogues. Millions of Americans will blame that “Jew boy”, that Jewish son-in-law who masterminded the monster into the presidency.

The weight is on your shoulders, Jared. Do not be selfish. You need to show loyalty to your people and to America. Tell the world what you know. Make it possible for your father-in-law to resign or for Congress to impeach him. You need to act.

Letter to Jared Kushner

Dear Jared,

I wonder whether you sleep well, or sleep at all? Your personal intimate acquaintance with Donald Trump will undoubtedly have made it clear to you that he is – not only totally unqualified for the job of President of the USA, but also – truly dangerous for the US and for the rest of the world.

Ideally, you would have made your view that he is not fit for office clear within the family and were he not to give up on his “crazy” plan, have gone public with a warning. I am assuming that you share the view of most thinking and most educated people in the country, that Trump is dangerous. Unlike some sworn Republicans, who may have been worried about Trump, but who were driven by their hatred of Democrats and their hatred of Hillary Clinton, you were –  according to the papers – a supporter of the Democrats, until you became entangled with the Trumps.

In return for being part of the White House set, you are supporting someone who is considered by the majority of your peers in the Jewish world as a grotesque monster.

You are, of course, in a terrible dilemma. The man is your father-in-law and the grandfather of your children. If you come out openly against Trump, your wife might decide to leave you (unless, there is more to her than meets the eye) and the Trumps will probably fight for sole custody. But sometimes, such terrible decisions are necessary: save your marriage or save America? What is it to be?

Do you have the balls to do the right thing?
